Terms of Use

What Poker Mario is

Poker Mario is a private event-coordination tool for invitation-only poker games. Approved hosts can organize their own private games: sending invitations, tracking RSVPs and seats, managing waitlists, sharing game details, and posting updates. Poker Mario does not process wagers, handle player funds, take any rake, or provide gambling services of any kind. It only coordinates private events.

Accounts

You sign in with Google, an emailed sign-in link, or email and password. You are responsible for keeping access to your sign-in method secure and for the activity on your account. Provide an accurate name so the hosts whose games or clubs you join and other authorized players know who you are.

Invitations and event access

Games are private. You can see a game only when that game's host grants you access, including through an invitation or private share link, and the host may revoke access to their game at any time. Access to one game does not automatically make you an ongoing member of that host's club. Invite and share links are personal — do not forward them to people the host did not invite. Event details, including a host's address, are shared with you in confidence as a guest of a private home game; treat them accordingly.

Game Board and user content

The Game Board, potluck claims, and RSVP notes let players coordinate around a game. You are responsible for what you post. Do not post anything unlawful, harassing, or that violates another person's privacy. The applicable game's host may remove content or revoke access for conduct that doesn't fit that club.

Notifications

Notifications are optional. In-app and email notifications are controlled in your Profile and can be changed at any time.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse Poker Mario: no attempting to access games or data you weren't invited to, no scraping, no interfering with the service, and no using it to spam or harass other players.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Poker Mario is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every notification will be delivered — always confirm important game details with the applicable host. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Poker Mario and the applicable game host are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid to use Poker Mario (which is zero).

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time; the current version is always posted at this address. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
