Privacy Policy

Poker Mario is a private tool for coordinating poker games among invited players and approved hosts. We collect only what is needed to run the private clubs and games you host or join:

• Account information — your name and email address, used to sign you in and identify you to the relevant hosts and other authorized players.
• Game and RSVP information — events you host or join, your RSVP status, seat and waitlist positions, potluck claims, private RSVP notes, and Game Board posts.
• Notification preferences — your per- channel (in-app, email) and per-category choices, and your opt-in status.

We use this information solely to operate Poker Mario: showing you games you're invited to, managing seats and waitlists, displaying Game Board and potluck activity to authorized players, and sending the notifications you have enabled.

Games are private. They are never listed publicly or searchable, and event details — including a game's host address — are visible only to invited, authorized players under that game's access rules.

Poker Mario no longer asks for mobile numbers or offers text-message enrollment. Previously supplied mobile numbers and messaging consent data are not shared, sold, or provided to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. You may request deletion of previously supplied contact information from the owner/administrator.

If you choose “Continue with Google,” Google confirms your identity and shares only your basic profile information — your name, email address, and profile picture — with Poker Mario. We never receive your Google password.

That information is used only to create and sign in to your Poker Mario account and to show your name to relevant hosts and other authorized players. We do not use Google account data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We request no access to Gmail, Google Contacts, Google Calendar, Google Drive, or any other Google service.

You can disconnect Poker Mario at any time in your Google Account under “Third-party apps & services,” and you can continue signing in with an emailed link or a password instead.

We use a small number of service providers to run Poker Mario: a hosting and database provider and an email delivery provider. These providers process your information only as needed to deliver the service you requested (for example, delivering an email you opted into), never for their own marketing or promotional purposes, and never for marketing by anyone else. We do not sell personal information.

Access to games and club data is restricted by sign-in plus per-event and per-club authorization. We retain your information while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data from Poker Mario's owner/administrator.

• Change any notification category or channel in Profile at any time.
• Unsubscribe from email via the link in any notification email.

Poker Mario is a private multi-club coordination tool. Questions about this policy or your account data can be directed to Poker Mario's owner/administrator.
